Polytunnel, before !

2017-02-07-awg-progress-burning-brambles-clearing Phil’s back (after a short ‘sabbaitcal’ – or ‘work experience’ as he puts it!) as our Head Gardener, in case you’d missed that super news & has sent me these photos of his work preparing the garden for this year’s crops.

One of the polytunnels is now all cleaned out.

This will be mainly for the tomatoes this year. He will start sowing in a couple of weeks.

To make the entrance outside the walls look tidier, Phil had a machine & driver last Friday enabling him to start to clear the brambles in front of the old bothy & buildings. Great progress !
